OUR COMMUNITIES

CROWN POINT
Houses are currently under construction in Doubletree West located 2 miles South of US30 on Randolph Street.  Lot prices start in the High 40's. EDGEWATER  subdivision located 1/2 mile East of  Broadway on 117th Ave . Lot Pricing Starts in The High  50's  for sewer and water lots.
Will build in other subdivisions. Stonegate Commons is located 1/4 mile South of the intersection of 109th and Randolph St. in Winfield, just 3 miles South of US30.

SCHERERVILLE
We build in subdivisions generally located East of Highway 41 and North of 109th street. Typical area lot costs start in the $60s for sewer and water lots.

HOBART
Only a few tax abated lots remain in this city. However, coming in 2011, Luxor Homes, Inc. will commence construction on Cressmoor Estates, the former location of the Cressmoor golf course.  Wooded and tax abatement lots are available. Will build in other subdivisions. Typical area lot costs start in the high $40s for sewer and water lots.

MERRILLVILLE
We build throughout the town of Merrillville. Typical area lot costs start in the Mid $40s for sewer and water lots.

WINFIELD (Crown Point)
Houses under construction in Doubletree West. Will build throughout the town of Winfield. Typical area lot costs start in the Upper $40s for sewer and water lots. Amenities include a private security guard which patrol the neighborhood, a planned playground, and Italian restaurant at the clubhouse.  Doubletree East is a gated community with 24 hour security guard protection and a 70 acre, spring feed, fishing and boating lake. Lots start in the $50s off lake up to the $120s on the lake.

PORTAGE
Will build in other subdivisions. Typical area lot costs start in the Low $40s for sewer and water lots.
 
CHESTERTON
Luxor Homes will commence construction of Luxury Townhomes in the wooded section of Rose Hill Estates subdivision. (See Rose Hill) starting in 2012.  1 mile West of the new high school at 1100N and US49. Will build in other subdivisions. Typical area lot costs start in the high $30s for sewer and water lots.

VALPARAISO
Houses are currently under construction in the established Ravinia,Woods Subdivision.   Ravinia: (See Lots For Sale Ravinia) subdivision Located 1/4 mile South of Route 6 On Route 149.
