SCHERERVILLE
We build in subdivisions generally located East of Highway

HOBART
Only a few tax abated lots remain in this city. However,
coming in 2011, Luxor Homes, Inc. will commence construction
on Cressmoor Estates, the former location of
the Cressmoor golf course. Wooded and
tax abatement lots are available. Will build in other subdivisions.

We build throughout the town of Merrillville. Typical area

WINFIELD (Crown Point)
Houses under construction in Doubletree West.
Will build throughout the town of Winfield. Typical area lot
costs start in the Upper $40s for sewer and water lots.
Amenities include a private security guard which patrol the
neighborhood, a planned playground, and Italian restaurant
at the clubhouse. Doubletree East is a gated community
with 24 hour security guard protection and a 70 acre, spring
feed, fishing and boating lake. Lots start in the $50s off
lake up to the $120s on the lake.
PORTAGE

CHESTERTON
Luxor Homes will commence construction of Luxury
Townhomes in the wooded section of Rose Hill
Estates subdivision. (See Rose Hill) starting in 2012. 1 mile West of the new
