Raised Ranch Homes

Our Raised Ranch Homes offer a variety of life style options provide maximum cost efficiency, innovative & open concept plans, exceptional options, & lots of space. A Raised Ranch is differentiated from a Ranch home style due to the first floor being "raised" approximately four feet off the foyer.isabella

Typically the front door enters from outside grade level to a large foyer. From the foyer you may enter the garage or travel 4-5 stairs up or down to the upper and lower levels. In addition to offering minimal stairs, this house style offers the Lowest Cost per square foot of all single family house designs.

Like a Ranch style, once you are on the upper level, you will have everything you need: kitchen, social space, rear deck/patio access, bedrooms, and the opportunity for high ceilings and an Open and Modern design. Due to the cost efficiency, you can typically have most or all of the lower level finished for the same cost it takes to build a standard Ranch plan with an unfinished basement!

Except for the kitchen, this plan is also very popular in offering independent living space in the lower level marianwith up to two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry, and possible kitchenette areas.

We typically build Raised Ranch plans between 2,400 and 3,300 sq ft, 4-5 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-3 car garages. Our Two Story Homes provide a number of modern layouts to fit your living style, uncommon elegance, functionality, & prestige. They offer a variety of life style options ranging from a first floor master suite with all daily functionality on the first floor to those with all bedrooms upstairs. A multi-level home combines benefits from julianneRaised Ranch and Two Story designs. It's open and bright floor plan, high ceilings, and lower level are similar to the Raised Ranch while the opportunity to include a basement is similar to the Two Story functionality.

Typically the front door enters from outside grade level to the first floor which typically includes a living room, dining room, kitchen and sometimes and office or powder bath. From the main floor, by going up 4-5 stairs, you can quickly access the upper level which typically includes 3-4 bedrooms and 1-2 baths. Our Attached Custom Homes are a new design in Northwest Indiana.
