a mortgage lender's underwriting criteria to qualify for a new

condition under the control of your landlord who will likely

term home where you can rent until your credit situation is
repaired, then buy the house you are living in!! We'll even

changes and you decide you need another location or a custom

PROGRAM CRITERIA
Although every family's situation is different, the following
general criteria will apply:
1. Steady employment for the past 3 years;
2. Income and current debts allow for your ability to commit
to a long term mortgage payment (many times, the mortgage payment
is equal to or less than your current rent);
3. Deposit equal to a minimum of 2 months rent (for attached
homes) or $10,000 (for single family homes) Usually in cash.
Alternatives like making additional monthly payment toward this
equity over time are possible depending on credit;
4. Timely handling of your bills over the past twelve months;
5. Any time
during agreed
rental term, you have the option to buy the new house you
are living in or we can build
you your new Dream Home!
